He was the managing partner of an international law firm for 9 years, and holds numerous directorships and chairmanships, including a non-executive directorship at a leading building society with responsibility for handling acquisitions.
He is the managing partner of Tourmalet Consulting, an advisory firm dealing with start-ups and turnarounds.
