Kim has over 19 years of experience in law firm (Baker Botts), academic (South Texas College of Law), consulting (Kroll), and insurance (Litigation Risk Management, Marsh) environments. She has spent the last seven years working with companies on assessing and managing risks related to, and maximizing the value of, intangible assets. She also has unrivalled experience in IP claims management acting on behalf of Lloyd's syndicates for both enforcement and infringement liability disputes.
