Safeonline announces acquisition of Intellectual Property specialist SAMIAN

Safeonline LLP, the independent Lloyd's insurance broker, has acquired SAMIAN Underwriting Agencies, the specialist intellectual property MGA.
The transaction will see all staff and business transfer into a new division within Safeonline, which will trade under the SAMIAN Underwriting Agency brand. SAMIAN will continue to function as a true underwriting MGA representing various Lloyd's syndicates and insurance companies.

SAMIAN will continue to focus on Intellectual Property risks, such as infringement liability, contractual indemnities, Reps & Warranties, enforcement risks and first party loss of revenue or asset value.
